Purpose: To ensure proper use and protect the building and its contents in conjunction with maximizing its use for the congregation as well as the community.
1. The buildings may be reserved for church related activities at anytime. Reservations for non-church related activities may be reserved within 90 days of the event based on availability.
2. Complete the Building Use Request Form to submit the request. Completed and returned 45 days prior to the event to ensure availability.
3. Events scheduled on Saturday need to be completed by 6pm for preparations for Sunday services. Other restrictions may apply due to ministry events that are already happening on campus.
4. For church related events, you must complete a Church Event Form.
5. Opening and closing of the building must be coordinated with church staff.

7. If carpets or furniture are soiled from food or drink and professional cleaning is required, you be billed accordingly.
8. There is not a set fee for usage. Donations are accepted for use of the building.
9. In the event of a funeral, those arrangements will override any commitments to outside group or church activity. Rescheduling is an option for the group if applicable.
10. Person(s) requesting use of the building(s) will be responsible for clean-up coordination with church staff. See clean up procedures:
Procedures for Clean Up of the Building(s)
1. Remove any decorations
2. Wash and dry any kitchen/coffee house items used and place back where you found them.
3. Wipe down all counters and tables used.
4. Place all chairs, tables or fixtures back to their original location. It is imperative all buildings are prepared for Sunday service.
5. Remove all trash and place in the bear proof receptacles outside.
6. Be sure to close all windows and doors are closed and locked before leaving.
